Monique VuoNG, MS, RD, IFNCP
1. Take a comprehensive, whole-body approach to your health.
I conduct a detailed assessment of your health history and timeline to understand the full picture of your health. This includes factors like diet, lifestyle, stress, digestive health and gut health (particularly pertinent for issues like bloating, IBS, and inflammation), relationship to food, food sensitivities, exposure to toxins, and individual biochemistry. This allows me to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs.
2. Get to the root of what's actually causing your symptoms.
I don't just manage symptoms, but work to uncover why they're happening in the first place. As a functional medicine dietitian, I also address any digestive, gut, nutrient, and other system imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. Functional medicine labs will also be recommended as appropriate.
3. Improve and optimize your health without long-term restrictive diets.
I help you move away from restrictive diets and focus on adding in what your body needs to feel and function at its best. If you've tried restrictive diets, you know how hard they are to sustain. Long-term restrictive eating plans often leaving you physically, mentally, and nutritionally depleted.

I combine advanced clinical training with functional medicine and nutrition to provide a deeper and more comprehensive approach to your health.
